• Complete Bio-psychosocial Assessments on youth 
• Provide individual, family and group counseling 
• Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and follow-up 
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR regulations 
• Respond to crisis, provide interventions and support to clients and families 
• Attend all scheduled meetings, trainings, and chart audits with Rosie's Recovery Center, LLC
•  Other duties as assigned by clinical and administrative staff

 Master’s degree in Social Work or other mental health discipline. Must be licensed as LCSW-C, LCPC or LCMFT in Maryland for at least 18 months

• Provide clinical supervision and training of new clinical staff to ensure instruction for basic skills, work habits and work processes are attained 
• Guide, direct, monitor and evaluate social work/therapeutic services provided to ensure consistency, high quality and compliance with all government mandates 
• Review treatment plans, monitor treatment progress and follow-up  
• Assure that clinicians maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR regulations 
• Complete documentation relevant to clinical supervision activities 
• Complies with and ensures adherence to all documentation standards 
• Complies with data collection entry, and reporting requirements 
• Provides clinical educational and/or liaison services to community centers as needed
•  Participate in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement meetings as needed 
• Maintain strict confidentiality according to the federal and state guidelines and requirements 
• Uphold the Professional Code of Ethics 
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, medical staff and others Responsible for personal development to ensure current knowledge in the profession 
• Adhere to and supports facility policies, programs and activities 
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and drug free environment 
• Other duties as assigned based on current COMAR regulations and as directed by the Program Director, Program Coordinator and/or Clinical Supervisor
