Rosie's Recovery Center is currently seeking a licensed Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Bio-psychosocial Assessments on youth, providing individual, family, and group counseling, and developing treatment plans. Here are the main responsibilities and requirements for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Bio-psychosocial Assessments on youth to gather relevant information for treatment planning
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, regularly monitoring treatment progress and making necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with COMAR regulations
- Respond to crisis situations, offering interventions and support to clients and their families
- Attend all scheduled meetings, trainings, and chart audits with Rosie's Recovery Center, LLC
- Perform other duties as assigned by clinical and administrative staff
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid license as a Therapist (such as LCSW, LMSW, LGPC, LGADC, LCPC, LMFT) in the respective state
- Experience working with youth and families is preferred
- Excellent assessment, counseling, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of COMAR regulations and ability to maintain accurate clinical records
- Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to attend required meetings, training, and chart audits

At Rosie's Recovery Center, we are currently seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as Clinical Supervisors. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision and training to new clinical staff, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with government regulations. Here are the requirements and responsibilities for this position:
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or other mental health discipline
- Must be licensed as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in Maryland for at least 18 months
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and training to new clinical staff, ensuring the acquisition of basic skills, work habits, and processes
- Guide, direct, monitor, and evaluate social work/therapeutic services to maintain consistency, high quality, and compliance with government mandates
- Review treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and conduct follow-up to ensure effective client care
- Ensure clinicians maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with COMAR regulations
- Complete relevant documentation related to clinical supervision activities
- Comply with all documentation standards, data collection, and reporting requirements
- Provide clinical education and/or liaison services to community centers as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement meetings as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to federal and state guidelines
- Uphold the Professional Code of Ethics
- Foster a cooperative relationship with co-workers, medical staff, and other stakeholders
- Engage in personal development activities to stay updated with current knowledge in the profession

Responsibilities:
- Provide assertive outreach, treatment, and support to individuals with mental illness
- Conduct individualized assessments to determine the needs and goals of each member
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to the specific needs of each member
- Provide individual meetings, educational groups, and organized social activities to support rehabilitation
- Facilitate the enhancement of independent living and social skills
- Connect members to community resources and support their integration into the community
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and service providers to ensure coordinated care
- Evaluate and monitor member progress and provide monthly summary reports
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness is preferred
