Licensed Therapist

Location: Parkville, MD (In-person and Telehealth)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Description: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with mental health and substance use challenges. Work collaboratively with a team of counselors and medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Current LCPC, LCSWC, LGADC, or LMFT license in the state of Maryland required.

Substance Use Counselor

Location: Parkville, MD (In-person and Telehealth)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Description: Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for clients in our substance use disorder programs, including IOP and PHP. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals in recovery.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field; ADT, CAC-AD or CSC-AD certification preferred. Experience working with clients in addiction treatment settings required.

LGPC / LGADC / LMSW

Location: Parkville, MD
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Description: As an LGPC, LGADC, or LMSW at Rosie’s Recovery Center, you will provide direct client care through individual, group, and family counseling sessions under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This role is ideal for professionals working towards full licensure who want to gain valuable experience in mental health and addiction treatment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and assist in developing treatment plans.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on addiction and mental health.
Collaborate with licensed clinicians to ensure clients receive comprehensive, high-quality care.
Document client progress, maintain records, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications: Current LGPC, LGADC, or LMSW license in the state of Maryland. Commitment to working towards full licensure. Experience in mental health or addiction treatment is preferred.
