We’re always on the lookout for talented professionals who share our commitment to excellence in mental health and addiction treatment. Our current job openings include: 

Licensed Therapist

  • Location: Parkville, MD (In-person and Telehealth)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
  • Description: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with mental health and substance use challenges. Work collaboratively with a team of counselors and medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.


Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Current LCPC, LCSWC, LGADC, or LMFT license in the state of Maryland required.  

Substance Use Counselor

  • Location: Parkville, MD (In-person and Telehealth)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
  • Description: Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for clients in our substance use disorder programs, including IOP and PHP. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals in recovery.


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field; ADT, CAC-AD or CSC-AD certification preferred. Experience working with clients in addiction treatment settings required. 

LGPC / LGADC / LMSW

 

  • Location: Parkville, MD
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
  • Description: As an LGPC, LGADC, or LMSW at Rosie’s Recovery Center, you will provide direct client care through individual, group, and family counseling sessions under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This role is ideal for professionals working towards full licensure who want to gain valuable experience in mental health and addiction treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and assist in developing treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on addiction and mental health.
  • Collaborate with licensed clinicians to ensure clients receive comprehensive, high-quality care.
  • Document client progress, maintain records, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications: Current LGPC, LGADC, or LMSW license in the state of Maryland. Commitment to working towards full licensure. Experience in mental health or addiction treatment is preferred. 

Direct Care Worker/PRP Worker

  • Location: Parkville, MD
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Description: As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their daily routines, assisting with life skills, social skills development, and behavioral management. You’ll work closely with therapists and case managers to ensure clients are on track with their treatment plans and provide hands-on assistance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, life skills, and social activities.
  • Support clients in developing coping strategies and building self-esteem.
  • Monitor client progress and communicate regularly with the clinical team.
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.


Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. 

Registered Nurse (Mobile Treatment Services)

  • Location:Parkville, MD (Travel required within service area)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
  • Description: As an RN for our Mobile Treatment Services, you will provide in-home medical care and support to clients in their recovery journey. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with our treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home health assessments and monitor clients’ medical conditions.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, and manage Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.
  • Educate clients and families on health management and recovery practices.
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and direct care workers to coordinate holistic care.

Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Maryland. Experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or home health care preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
