Cancellations or No Shows
At Rosie's Recovery Center, we understand that life can sometimes interfere with scheduled appointments. To ensure that our services are available to as many individuals as possible, we have a cancellation and no-show policy in place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another individual who may be in need of services. Please keep in mind that we do not overbook appointments, meaning your reserved time slot is exclusively for you.
In the event of a late cancellation or if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a missed appointment fee of $75 will be applied. This fee is not payable by insurance and will be your responsibility. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
We value your commitment to your recovery journey and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and no-show policy. Should you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please don't hesitate to call our office. We're here to assist you and ensure that you receive the care you need.
Rosie’s Recovery Center serves all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are available based on family size and income. You can apply for a discount at the front desk.
